Refund Policy

Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Order cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
